The Connected Flow

CleanCapture and CleanDesk are built to work as one connected flow — from the first client request all the way to a paid invoice and an ongoing recurring client. A request captured in CleanCapture drops straight into CleanDesk with its details pre-filled, so you never re-type the same information twice. One license key works across your whole crew — every device that enters your key sees the same business data. (An internet connection is required to save and sync your data.)

CleanCapture — Capture the Request & Book the Job

Share your lead form and your booking link anywhere — text, social, a flyer, your website. The lead form collects everything you need to price a clean: room counts, service type, frequency, pets, and notes. Clients can also book a real time slot from your availability, with double-booking prevented automatically. Every request and booking lands in your dashboard instantly, and a notification email hits your inbox.

Need photos before you can quote? When you send a client a Request Photos link from CleanDesk, it opens a simple public upload page where they snap or pick photos right from their phone. The images are compressed in their browser and attach straight to the matching quote — no app or login required.

CleanDesk — Quote, Invoice, Track & Manage Recurring Clients

Turn the request into a professional quote — choose a simple flat-rate display or a detailed line-item breakdown, whichever fits the job. From there, move the quote into Active Jobs to track real costs, send it straight to an invoice, or add the client as a recurring client. Invoices carry Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle payment links built in; print or save them as a PDF and you're paid. Email a quote or invoice straight from CleanDesk, mark invoices paid when the money lands, and your Dash keeps a rolling tally of income paid in the last 30 days.

The permanent Recurring Clients dashboard keeps a full visit history and running profit tracking for every standing client. When you complete a visit, CleanDesk can automatically generate the invoice for you. Need to take a client off the schedule for the winter? A seasonal pause stops reminders and auto-invoicing and frees the booking slot — resume any time and pick up right where you left off.

Request Signature A checkbox (on by default) next to Email Quote and Email Invoice — when checked, the approval link is auto-embedded in the email you send so the client can review and sign online. No separate button to click.
Request Photos Generates a tokenized upload link to text or email the client; their photos attach to the quote automatically.
Mark as Paid Stamps the invoice paid, stops its unpaid reminders, and feeds your Dash's rolling 30-day paid income stat.
Seasonal Pause / Resume On a recurring client, pauses reminders and auto-invoicing and frees the booking slot for the off-season — resume any time to pick up where you left off.

Unpaid invoice reminders are governed by a single toggle on your Profile — turn automatic reminder emails on or off for your whole account.
